Yes... yes I promis soon I will do something "cool" in full color.. lately I have been off just trying to practice sketching and the like. Unfortunately I really need more practice on anatomy and basic drawing skills. I have the need to do some fan art though... dragons probably XD

Anyway sorry this page has been rather dead lately.

Last few days have left me feeling kind of "meh" I've not had much time to draw, and I've had some disappointments that have sapped some of my enthusiasm. Still, I'm keeping a chin up and moving forward because while I know improvement is all relative, it also takes time and perpetual effort. I see some improvement in just keeping active, but still- I think instruction could be really helpful. I need to experiment more too. Good things happen when I experiment.

Anyway.. moving on. I hope I have more energy after work tomorrow.

I'm not the fartist you're looking for, move along...move along.

My time here so far has been fun. I am doing my best to make new friends and acquaintances as I also try to improve my artwork.
I expect to get a few more pieces done, maybe some more fan art, but also a lot more sketch type work, which while admittedly less interesting will I hope be some training for me, which I desperately need.

I've been reading a lot on character animation, and I, along with learning what is a very difficult subject,  hope to make a few very very short tests as I learn the principals and the software. No expectations at this point-- time is something that isnt much on my side.

Hmm, well what to say.
This is the first journal entry to my "new account" here. I still have an older account under a name i typically dont go by anymore... "lorianavixen" .. well hey, I'm one of those types that have a persona association with my name-- and well, these days, and for the last few years, I've grown wings, so to speak.

Anyway, lots of things happened in my life, I've moved twice, I got married, I bought a house.
And I'm just now trying to settle in.

I think I finally feel like getting back to artwork... (as best time permits me to...)

Anyway.. lots of peops I want to say hi to.. and perhaps even get to friend... I'm not great at art, but I want to learn.
